– I’ve got tons but not a single
Guinness World Record to my name, which really
does cheese me off. Across this season, I’ll be
putting my skills to the test as I attempt to set a culinary
record throughout the season. Tonight I’m going for the
fastest time to fillet a fish. Thank you. Jenna Fabich is a 19-year-old
from Homer, Alaska. She became a YouTube sensation
with a fillet skills. Next stop LA. GORDON RAMSAY: Now she
wants to take me on to try and break the world record. Coming to kick Gordon’s butt. GORDON RAMSAY: She’s traveled
nearly 4,000 miles to get here. And I can’t wait to meet her. Jenna– Hello. –welcome to LA. Now, how many
halibut do you think you filleted in your life? I’m probably about 3,100. So you should be up
for kicking my ass today. Are you ready?
– I’m ready. Let’s do this.
– Let’s go. Great. GORDON RAMSAY: Now that
I’ve met my competition, it’s time to battle
it out head to head. In order to make it
official, we have two Guinness judges on hand. To set the record, we have to
make 15 fillets of 40 grams each in under two minutes. Let’s go! MALE JUDGE: Competitors,
are you ready? GORDON RAMSAY: Yes, sir!
JENNA FABICH: Ready. Audience, are you ready? Yeah! Here we go. For the record–
three, two, one, go. That’s 15 seconds. Oh my gosh, Gordon! MALE JUDGE: 30 seconds. JENNA FABICH: Better not
be winning over there. GORDON RAMSAY: Take
your time, Jen. Take your time. JENNA FABICH: Maybe
you should get some of the meat off of the carcass.
AUDIENCE: Jenna! Jenna! MALE JUDGE: 45 seconds. Don’t worry about it, Gordon. You can lose. AUDIENCE: Let’s go, Gordon! [cheering] Done! Done! GORDON RAMSAY: Well done! Good girl. Remember, for the record, it’s
the fastest to 15 pieces each and each cut has to
be 40 grams or more. Guys, you’re killing me. FEMALE JUDGE: Accuracy
is imperative. GORDON RAMSAY: I know
accuracy is imperative, but the record is
more important. Please.
– OK. GORDON RAMSAY: That’s it.
– We’ve got the results. We have a final result. Jenna, unfortunately, you only
have 13 good, usable portions. And you’re disqualified. GORDON RAMSAY: No. Oh my gosh. MALE JUDGE: Gordon– Sir. MALE JUDGE: –you
had 15 good portions, and your time was one
minute, five seconds. It’s a new Guinness
World Record time! Congratulations! GORDON RAMSAY: Good job! Wow. Thank you so much. Gordon, congratulations. I’ve waited 50
years for this moment! You’ve got no idea
how many times and we’ve beat them finally! Come on!
