hey guys I've already filmed this video once but it was so long and you know how I am I can't help myself so let's try and do this once more so you guys can watch a short little cute video and learn lots of great stuff and how I changed my hair so anyways this video is for people with fine and thin hair if you've got like a big old long head of horse hair screw you go watch another video you know something I'm beauty or something this is for people with fine thin hair I'm gonna help you guys out because I've learned some crazy amazing things this last month or two about hair that I never knew before I was ruining my hair over and over and over again and always just bitching about having bad hair well guess what there are some things you can do about that so I was wearing wigs forever you guys know that I was wearing them all the time all the time except for like when I went to bed I took my wig off okay I hated my hair that much so the first step I knew I needed to do was to stop bleaching my hair I mean that's just an obvious thing we all know blondes have more fun okay but let's face it if you want your hair to grow healthy you got to stop the bleaching so I I did that just intuitively I was like I'm gonna stop doing this because it's ruining my hair and my hair is just falling out and getting thinner by the day I gotta stop that so I went to a new hairstylist and normally when I go to the salon the salon gals are always trying to sell me that really expensive shampoo it's like $90 a bottle and I'm always like why why are you doing this to me okay I mean of course she's gonna try sell me this alone stuff and I bought it before you guys and I wash my hair and I'm like this stuff is total crap my hair feels dirty you um now my new stylist explained to me why that is okay it has sulfates in it your cheap shampoo has sulfates the the of main ingredient after water in your cheap shampoo is called sorry got filled with notes sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium lauryl sulfate is like a detergent you know like for washing your clothes or your dishes it strips your hair of all the natural oils I didn't know this you guys I did knows nobody ever told me that and I didn't look it up online like most normal people so anyways I wouldn't got some good shampoo that doesn't have sulfates in it and I had the same experience I did before when I had bought expensive shampoo it didn't really feel like it wasn't it doesn't suds up and clean your hair really crazy you don't want that you want the natural oils in your hair to stay there yeah I was always just adding oils to my hair thinking you know Oh argan oil coconut oil avocado oil and my stylist told me you know that stuff is not for you okay you don't want to add all these other oils to your hair you're just gonna be waiting your hair down and you know getting that flat ugly look every day you want your natural hair oils that's the hills into the best for your hair so you need to switch your shampoo so that you're not taking those oils out of your hair Oh how come nobody ever told me this before so I bought some shampoo not ninety dollar shampoo this is more like I think seventeen dollars a bottle shampoo so um is this a nexus it's color safe I got the shampoo in the conditioner it sounds pretty good and you know it does the trick my hair actually feels hydrated and has texture now crazy right where before I was always using my cheaper shampoos that we're just washing the heck out of my hair sure they smelled amazing and you know the whole like orgasm in the shower commercials yeah we love those shampoos bbs what they're horrible for you so anyways I switched it up and my hair is so much happier now the next thing you told me I needed to do was do with protein treatment once a month for myself he gave me a protein treatment at the stylist and you should be asking for a protein treatment when you're getting your hair colored or cut whatever you're doing every three months when you're at the salon ask them do you have olaplex do you have a protein treatment you can do in my hair that's great but at home once a month you should be doing a protein treatment now I was using these this is a carotene protein loses by task I found these at Ulta these packets of you know just like I have a really deep conditioning like protein treatment and I was using these in the shower these are cool I liked it but I decided I was gonna upgrade so I just bought this nexus caviar complex humectants it I haven't tried it yet but it's an excess so it must be good and um I'm gonna try that out it's there so I show that to you and okay some of the things that I've been doing that I just know naturally about thin hair cuz I've had it for so long is when you get out of shower it's always wise to use a wide tooth comb to comb out the knots in your hair don't use the regular hair brush that you normally you know use to blow-dry your hair don't do that you're just ripping those knots out of your hair and trust me your hair is gonna be much happier if you treat it right so okay this is a wig brush that I usually use when I shampoo my wigs but it works great for combing out your hair after the shower and at the same time when I am pulling out my hair seems like out of shower I have been using it and this is the most smell good one I found this is by Fekkai this is the packaging and it's in this little glass bottle with this adorable little like what is this little dropper oh my god you guys this smells so good it's argan oil infused with vanilla ah it smells oh my god you might just forego wearing you know your expensive perfume that day because this smells so so amazing so this makes your hair really easy to brush out a lot less damage is gonna be going on there and so I really recommend using a little oil in your hair we get out of shower so then next of all um before you blow-dry your hair spray it down with some heat protecting spray there's lots on the market out there but I just have always used this nexus heat protects this looks like it's a nexus commercial doesn't it it's not nobody's paying me to do this but die just like Nexus and I think it smells good so I spray my hair down with this before I blow-dry it just adds an extra barrier of protection between your hair and that heat you know the blow-dryer the hot iron the curling iron all that good stuff you should be using one of these I mean come on you're grown-up start doing the right thing ah next is my favorite product and that is this big sexy hair powder play you know what this is it's just a powder you you tap it into your hair and it gives your hair this crazy texture and makes it just it makes it feel like you're hanging up twice as much hair it just it does and you're gonna do so much less damage to your hair it's so much less ratting and crazy fiying of your hair when you use something like this so I do recommend this for all people to find here this one is talc free by the way so I don't know something about talc I'm supposed to remember like I don't know let's give you cancer or something anyways so next up and this is something it's always been a pet peeve of mine I like watch people on YouTube riding their hair and they're using tools that are not even for ratting and they're damaging their hair by using things like just a regular old hairbrush or a little tooth comb that is not doing the job so I'm gonna show you my absolute favorite hairbrush for reading and that is the amps you can't see the words cuz it's in white okay so if this is the amped-up brush by cricut let's get all my nasty hair out of there um yeah so look at the crazy bristles on this brush they're amazing they just rat it Breo just rats your hair for you basically it's so amazing this brush usually comes with a little like hem like a tail on it but it always breaks off this is like my third one and hello cricket fix this so anyways I love this one anyone who rats hair should have this brush I usually find those at salons or I think I stylists pick that one up for me because I saw them at the beauty supply stores but I didn't see them at the ones that I could purchase around like Sally's but I know you can get those online also so this one is by Conair it is also a good running brush depending on the texture of your hair and you see it has like a thin little comb in the middle of some bigger bigger combs it's just it this one works pretty good but I don't like this one quite as much as that amped-up one I use this one like if I already have lots of hairspray or hair product in my hair so cuz it just grabs better but that one is that other one is like made for people with barely any hair so like I was saying awesome amazing um let's see did I cover everything I wanted to talk about um of course getting the right haircut for your hair and your hair texture um I can't do like long hair styles with my hair it never looks good it always looks sad um short hair styles always seem to look more you know volume in volute look let's just say it just gives me more volume okay and anything with layering helps my hair I know it seems counterintuitive to us with not much hair that you know cutting away hair is like almost taking aways on my hair it's gonna make it look thinner no volume comes with layering and it just see how it just gives the appearance of more hair because you can fluff this up more when it's long it just hangs there and weighs it down so most of you know this already but I'm just throwing it out there because you know there's some people out there that think layering is making your hair thinner and it's not it's not I'm getting the right cut layering not bleaching I think I covered everything I meant to say look at how much faster I did it this time look I'm under 10 minutes oh okay I just hit the ten-minute mark anyways like this video if you learned anything at all on this video you just like my nails this week and I subscribe below if you want to hang out with Sasha some more talking about myself in the third person that's cute okay so anyways I'm on every social media outlet that I know of you guys so you guys better find me on like Twitter Facebook snapchat Instagram it's just Sasha Hart look I'm really easy to find cuz I'm like the only Sasha hartleb in the world Oh scary right anyways so yeah so from you use great time-waster and it's so much fun and you guys should find me there cuz I like I have no friends so in case see you guys later bye
