Hi, I’m James and I’m from SpyCameraCCTV. In today’s video we’re going to be looking
at our Hikvision 4-channel 960H CCTV DVR. Hikvision are one of the world’s biggest suppliers
of security and surveillance equipment. They’re one of the most trusted brands in
the industry. This DVR is perfect for any recording purposes. It has an amazing feature set such as full
support for remote access for a Mac as well as a PC and mobile devices. It even supports Windows Phone. Let’s look at some of the key features of
this DVR. This DVR has the capability to record 4 cameras
at 960H resolution. That’s 960 by 576 pixels. This means that it is perfect for use with
Sony Effio CCTV cameras – really high-end professional cameras. There’s also plenty of storage available. As standard we provide a 500GB Hard Drive but it will actually take up to a 4TB Hard Drive. This DVR is built for the 21st century. Hook this up to your router and you can remotely
access for a wide variety of devices such as a PC, a Mac and mobile devices. The software allows you not only to playback
real-time footage but it also allows you to review recordings and adjust the settings
in real-time on the DVR. Access from mobile devices is supported on
Android, iOS and Windows Phone. This is the only DVR we sell that supports
Windows Phone. Let’s look at some of the other features of
this recorder. It has a single channel audio input so if
you connected a CCTV microphone you can hear what is being said outside. It also has the ability to do two-way audio
so if you had a speaker set up next to your camera or if your camera had a built-in speaker
you can talk from the DVR to the camera. This is great for scaring off people. You can customise the settings of the DVR
with a wide variety of recording options. It has scheduled recording and it has motion
detection. But the really cool thing about it is you
can schedule each camera completely independently. This means you can have one camera recording
permanently and 3 cameras recording on motion detection – it is really customisable. This DVR also supports Pan-Tilt-Zoom control. This means you can connect a PTZ camera to
the DVR and control it remotely – even on your mobile devices. Set-up is a matter of switching on the DVR
and configuring the settings. The cameras are wired in using a BNC cable
of which there are four inputs on the back of the unit here. There is a USB slot for mouse input and here
there are HDMI and VGA outputs so that you can connect the DVR to a monitor or TV. Obviously with HDMI this would give you full
high-definition output. To find out more about any of our products
